Strava test!

Testing testing... Can anyone see this?





That was my first long ride on the recumbent. By the last third of it my right hip flexor was hurting a bit and my left knee was also in some pain. I'm now doing stretches for both, which I got from this handy bikeradar post.

I went out with a colleague from work and we were riding for most of the afternoon, taking breaks to catch our (my) breath and to check maps.

My colleague is significantly faster than me, especially going up hills where I struggle in general and especially on the heavy recumbent. Going downhill though was incredible! According to my speedo I hit 70.1 km/h (~44 m/h). Only time I've ever left him in the dust :D
