This does involve inverting the clip for the swing arm so that the lever points upwards, but this is pretty easy. Result with the swing arm down:

Everything seems like it aligns and routes correctly. Putting the seat down now means twisting the saddle so that the nose overhangs the frame a bit more, otherwise the light mounted underneath would hit the newly upturned lever.
Will see how it rides tomorrow.
